10 Fresh Yabbies
1 Spring Onion
50 grams Palm Sugar
20ml Fish Sauce
Clip the herbs and add to a plate.
Cook the yabbies in a fish stock then peel and add to the herb salad.
Shave some spring onion on top, and then add some finely sliced chilli.
For the dressing, grate the palm sugar in a bowl and add the fresh lime juice and fish sauce to taste
Drizzle the dressing on top of the yabbie salad. Yum!
