A note on Direct Bank Transfers (EFT)
Payment can be made through a Direct Bank Transfer. Just select the Bank Transfer payment option at the checkout, and follow the payment option information carefully. Orders will be sent once we have received confirmation of the Bank Transfer. International shoppers, please note that you will also need to include our swift code NATAAU3303M.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
We are not registered for GST so our product prices do not include GST in them. Prices are the same for Australian and international shoppers.
We are happy to refund, repair or replace a product if it has been damaged during delivery. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order and send through images of the damaged goods. Please keep all packing materials for inspection by the freight company.
You are covered by Australian consumer protection laws and possibly also by the laws of the state or other jurisdiction you live in, and we are bound by Australian fair trading laws. This does not mean, however, that we are bound by law to exchange a product if you changed your mind about a purchase. If an item is defective, does not work, or is not as described we are by law required to either refund, repair or replace.
Note that most of our products are not manufactured goods but are unique, hand-crafted, one-off pieces. Also, some items in our Dilly Bag Store may be of a vintage or antique nature. So please spend some time to understand the item(s) you wish to purchase from us and be aware that buying a didgeridoo is somewhat different to shopping for a new iPhone or tablet.
In the event of an agreed return of goods to iDIDJ Australia, we ask that items be sent back to us in the condition you received them in. The cost of return shipping and shipping for replacement items will be paid by iDIDJ Australia.
